I Like to Keep Things Interesting

I don't really have a permanent menu, and that's intentional.
I like trying new flavors, playing with different techniques, working with what's in season, and figuring out how to turn someone's "I wonder if you could make..." into an actual thing.
So while you'll see plenty of familiar favorites around here, I'm always happy to talk about something a little different.

What Happens When You Pour It In?
I've always had a soft spot for a good glass of wine, a well-made cocktail, and a really good dessert. Eventually, it seemed only natural to bring those loves together.
Wine and spirits offer so many interesting flavors—fruit, spice, citrus, herbs, oak, and more. So I started wondering: what happens when you put them in cake?
Then I went beyond cake, and Decanted Desserts was born. It's a place to experiment, play with flavors, and see how they translate into something I can bake, freeze, layer, whip, or spoon.
